About TTSAR
Tip Top Search and Rescue is a volunteer, non-profit organization based in Sublette County which was created in 1980 to promote public safety and welfare. The team works under the Sublette County Sheriff, and is funded through the Sublette County Commission and the State of Wyoming for our large equipment and buildings. TTSAR is dependent on donations to provide personal safety equipment for our members to ensure they have the tools necessary for each rescue.

Tip Top Search and Rescue utilizes additional capabilities and specialized resources when needed, including aerial drones, K-9 units and mounted horse teams. Every member of TTSAR maintains backcountry medical training.
How We Serve
TTSAR’s all-volunteer team is dedicated to protecting our community and backcountry visitors. We train frequently to remain response-ready 365 days a year. From remote medical care to searches and technical extractions, we respond to multiple calls for help each month, with operations peaking in the summer months.
